SECTION A - PRODUCT CONDITION AND GRADE CLARIFICATION

All mobile devices, smartphones, and hardware sold on AnyIT Store are explicitly marketed and sold as "Refurbished" or "Pre-Owned" unless stated otherwise. Our "Like New" grade denotes a device that has undergone a rigorous inspection process, is 100% functionally operational, and possesses minimal to no noticeable cosmetic wear. By completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges that they are purchasing a restored device, not a brand-new factory-sealed product from the original manufacturer.

 

SECTION B - TRADEMARK AND MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMER

AnyIT Store is an independent reseller of refurbished consumer electronics. We are not an authorized distributor, dealer, partner, or affiliate of Apple Inc., Samsung Electronics, or any other original equipment manufacturer (OEM) whose products are featured on our website. All product names, logos, trademarks, and registered brands are the sole property of their respective owners.

 

SECTION C - DEVICE WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Unless otherwise explicitly indicated on the individual product page, all refurbished hardware is backed by our internal 12 month limited functional warranty beginning from the date of confirmed delivery.

1. Scope of Coverage: This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and internal hardware component failures (e.g., unresponsive screens, faulty charging ports).

2. Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

   - Battery degradation down to no less than 80% maximum health capacity.

   - Cosmetic wear and tear incurred through consumer usage.

   - Accidental drops, physical impact cracks, or pressure damage.

   - Liquid entry, water exposure, or submersion damage.

   - Unauthorized opening, tampering, or independent repair attempts.

 

SECTION D - PAYMENT VALIDATION AND ORDER CANCELLATION

To protect our platform and our payment processor, PaymentCloud, from fraudulent activities, all submitted orders undergo rigorous algorithmic fraud checks. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, cancel, or place a temporary hold on any order that flags security anomalies, multiple card attempts, or shipping-to-billing address discrepancies. In such events, we may require the Customer to submit secondary proof of identity or matching billing parameters before finalizing shipment. If satisfactory proof is not rendered within forty-eight (48) hours, the transaction will be cancelled and fully refunded to the original payment source.
