RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at AnyIT Store. If you are not entirely satisfied with your refurbished device purchase, we are here to help. Our return policy is structured to remain transparent, fair, and compliant with credit card processing standards.
1. RETURN TIMEFRAME
You have 30 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery to request a return for your device. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a successful return and full refund, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
- The device must be in the exact same physical and cosmetic condition as received.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging, charging cables, bricks, and any other included accessories.
- CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: All personal accounts, including but not limited to Apple iCloud, Google Accounts, Samsung Accounts, and security passcodes/biometric locks, MUST be completely signed out and wiped from the device before shipping it back. We cannot process refunds for devices locked to a user's personal cloud account.
3. EXCLUSIONS AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that exhibit:
- Physical damage caused after delivery (e.g., cracked screens, deep scratches, bent frames).
- Liquid entry or water damage.
- Serial numbers or IMEI numbers that do not match our internal inventory logs.
4. RETURN SHIPPING AND FEES
- Defective/Incorrect Items: If the device is found to be functionally defective out of the box or we sent the wrong model, AnyIT Store will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Buyer's Remorse: For returns initiated due to a change of mind, personal preference, or accidental order, the Customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fees: Returns due to buyer's remorse are subject to a restock fee of 10% to cover device sanitization and re-testing costs.
5. REFUND PROCESS
Once your returned device is delivered to our facility, it will undergo a formal hardware and account-lock inspection within 5 business days.
- If approved, we will initiate a credit directly to your original method of payment via PaymentCloud.
- You will receive an automated email confirmation once the credit is sent. Please note that banking institutions and card issuers typically take 5 to 10 business days to post the credit to your account.
6. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Do not ship your device back to the manufacturer or the return address on the original shipping box without authorization. To start a return, please contact our support team at support@anyit.us with your Order Number and the device's IMEI/Serial number.
