DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

At AnyIT Store, we specialize in getting your premium refurbished devices delivered to you safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping practices, timelines, and security protocols below.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINES
All orders are subject to a processing and identity verification window of 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or major public holidays.
Please note: Because we sell high-value electronics, any order flagged by our security filters for matching errors (such as differing shipping and billing addresses) may require an additional 24-hour verification delay.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges and estimated delivery windows for your order will be dynamically calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 3 to 5 business days. Free for all orders.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volumes, customs processing, or severe weather. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMERS & REDIRECTIONS
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate and includes necessary unit, apartment, or suite numbers. We are legally unable to change, redirect, or intercept a package once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier. AnyIT Store is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
4. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT FOR HIGH-VALUE ITEMS
To ensure security and combat mail theft, all device shipments valued over $500 will be shipped via a "Signature Required" service. An adult at the delivery address must physically sign for the package. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a slip with redelivery or local depot pickup instructions.
5. TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package. Tracking information typically activates within 24 hours of dispatch.
6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if the package arrives physically damaged:
- Damaged Packages: Take clear photos of the damaged box and the device immediately and email them to our support team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
- Lost/Stolen Packages: You must notify us at support@anyit.us within 7 days of the listed delivery date. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
We currently only ship to addresses located within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses or freight forwarding companies.
